Exchange & Return Policy

At Mabella, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer store credit equal to the purchase amount (minus shipping costs), valid for 6 months. Alternatively, you can exchange your product within 10 days if:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
  • The item does not match the original product specifications or is different from what you ordered.

Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging, including price tags and labels.
  • The return must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
  • No refunds or store credits will be issued for discounted or final sale merchandise.

Mailing Your Return
We do not currently offer free returns by mail, and all return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer, except in the following cases:

  • The item was damaged upon receipt.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • Promotional free shipping was offered.
